Everything works as described, except there is no 'Personalize' option in the Activities list. I went through all the other activities and couldn't find anything like "Personalize(.idlescreen.shortcut.ShortcutSetting)". No matter though, I found out how to restart the sense home screen, which in turn allows me access to my lock screen config. Thanks for the blog post, it definitely helped. I've been trying to get skype working on some older 3g phones since April 2011 when three have stopped offering downloads for skype on many handsets. Only some new andriod & other handsets work now. There is also versions for s60 v5 nokia but I'm not sure if they are still being offered by three. Skype v 1.0.17 no longer works & the message prompts to upgrade which is no longer available for the phone...
